Product initially came broken. I contacted the company and they asked for pictures and videos and after that day sent a replacement right away it holds a lot of water easily installed and fits properly on the side of her crate it doesn’t drip and water only comes out when she licks the ball at the end of the spout. I am very happy with the purchase.

This is PERFECT! Our pup LOVES having access to water even through the night & this is the most AESTHETIC crate water attachment I’ve found yet & it holds a PERFECT amount! My only con: I NEED MORE COLOR OPTIONS - I would have loved to get a gray to match the crate or even blue or green to add a pop of color!
Dispensed water to my dog with ease. So Much better than a bowl Of water in his crate that he can knock over. Only caution is to note the water will leak out some on a bumpy road. Went through a construction zone with lots a rough road and my pups bed inside the crate got wet. Fortunately my pup was in my lap in the car so it did not bother him during the ride. Otherwise it is a great product.
I ended up returning it because I couldn’t get one of the pieces to stay, but it was great qualit. Love my kind tail crate :)
The first one I received had a leak that could not be fixed. The second one works so far, but again, a small leak at the tip which I’m sure I can seal with plumbers tape. There are no assembly instructions and the QR code takes you to a series of IG videos that don’t explain where the gasket is supposed to go, what parts need to be tightened, etc. I found a great place for it in the PAWD. But we’ll see if it is worth the price at all.
crate and pad nice water bottle broken
I liked the look and the possible function of it. What I don't like is that it leaks. It leaked in crate and soaked the pad. My started whining because he became soaked as well. And the bottle was empty in a few hours.
I feel like this should be an option. It’s slow- so for my needs it’s a lot of unnecessary work. Also you don’t give color options. If it HAD worked for me my boy dog would be at search and rescue training with a pink bottle. Just was an unnecessary expense in the package. People should buy that.
I had a bottle that leaked at the mouthpiece and the company replaced it with one that leaks at the chamber connection and the mouthpiece. Poor design. Total waste of money.

It leaks but customer service was excellent issued refund no hassle at all
It arrived broken. I sent an email to the company and have yet to hear from them. I’m a busy person and really do not have time to chase after them. So disappointed.
