Really happy to receive my crates and pads. Very happy with the quality. My dogs seem to like them. I was however disappointed how long most of the order took to ship and then got hit with tariffs on the last part of my order because it took so long to arrive. Probably won’t be ordering again because of the tariffs. It’s just too expensive to ship over the border. Not Kindtail’s fault but still, I feel it should have been disclosed that this charge would be added since my last 2 boxes shipped after September 8th.

I think the photos say it all! Graham 100% approves of this bed it always calms him almost immediately! This is seriously the BEST bed…we have this one in a pen but we just ordered more so we can have one in his crate and in other areas of the house.
JJ loves his crate. He gets his toy doggie and heads to bed all by himself at 8:30 every night. He is now 10 weeks old.
Does it have ventilation on the top? Does it have approval for air shipment?

Dabble is obsessed with his new bed!!!! Sincerely, he is always resting in his bed throughout the day. He never did that with his other beds.

Godiva is an 8 pound Yorkie. I first bought the small crate. But she wouldn’t have anything to do with it. Too small I think so then I purchased the medium. she absolutely loves this crate. It looks so much nicer in my master bedroom than the wire versions and I love how easily it collapses and goes back together. An amazing product. I’m very happy with my purchase.

I genuinely wish I had found Kindtail before bringing home my puppy. If you're getting your first puppy, do yourself a favor and start with Kindtail. It would have saved me so much trial and error. Highly recommend! As a first-time puppy owner, I spent a lot of money trying different crates, beds, mats, and other products, hoping to find something that worked. Looking back, I could have saved hundreds of dollars if I had simply invested in the Puppy Bundle from the start. After such a great experience, I just purchased the travel carrier as well.
