Excellent quality to make the crate a little smaller to start out.
The divider is perfect for our puppy and her crate. She will grow into the crate and we will be able to remove the divider. Its a great option when she is just a little one.
Divider was easy to install and is helping with potty training being able to make the crate smaller!
Beautiful design, easy to assemble and perfect for my little Shih Tzu.
We love the PAWd crate, divider, and pad. It is lightweight and easy to assemble. The divider is really helpful so we can be sure our growing puppy has enough space but not to much. Also, he loves the pad and sleeps on it as a bed both in and out of the crate!
Divider makes it the perfect size now and will allow more room when puppy is older.
the divider is wonderful. Nora feels snug-as-a-bug-in-a-rug in her crate!!
Easy to put together and great quality!
I had my doubts but once you figure out how to insert the divider, it is sturdy. This was my pup’s first night at home. She slept through the night and walked in by herself the second. She’s 9w standard poodle and about 10lbs in a medium crate. Still room to grow!
Divider works well, was not hard to install. No need for directions, pretty self explanatory.
The matching white divider was out of stock and Winston was on his way to us so we went with grey. Now he has his own little accent wall haha we love it. No it didn’t come with instructions but they aren’t needed, it’s pretty self explanatory when you look at the crate and provided pieces.
This crate has made it really convenient sizing it down so my dog can get a great train and body train at the same time.
My new pup loves her crate! She has slept all night in it from day 1 and goes in to nap on her own. Kindtail was also great in helping both when the crate I ordered was out of stock and when an item came damaged. Great experience all around!
Our puppy loves her new “home”, she goes in on her own & chills peacefully!! Plus, it looks great in our living room!!
Love the crate. I WISH THE DIVIDER COULD BE PLACED WHERE EVER YOU NEED IT. HAD TO ZIPTIE IT IN PLACE.
works well…a little tricky to place
it was crazy the crate didn't come with a divider at this price and when i ordered the divider the shipping was more than the divider that came in 2 pieces (dumb) i knew instantly it wouldn't work. My 4.5 lb dog got it down in minutes. I had to go to the store and by a small metal crate that came with a divider for $20.00. When i email about the divider and my issue. I never heard back. I won't buy another item.
The divider serves its purpose with one exception. When using it with the Kind Tails crate pet, you cannot remove and replace the pad without taking the top off the crate and removing the divider. If the divider was redesigned to allow pad removal and replacement, it would be much better and I would have rated it with 5 stars!
Cute stuff but customer service is not good. No way to speak with a person, AI takes messages and says they will pass it on to a person but person takes a few days to respond and doesn’t address my issue. Therefore, for days we went back and forth with emails. Not worth the effort.
Very hard to get to stay in place.
I have watched a YouTube video multiple times but can’t get it to click in. I have family coming in next week so hoping they can help!
As others have said, I don’t find this divider to be user friendly at all. There are no instructions, and I can’t use the divider and the mat at the same time. I took someone else‘s suggestion and used zip ties to hold it in place, and I have a pillow in the back section to help prevent her from pushing the divider back.
It’s a great concept but unfortunately it keeps falling out from the sides. I have to continue putting it up inside the crate. Sometimes I just leave the bottom part on, cause luckily my dog doesn’t jump over the other side of the crate, but it’s very tedious.
It seemed simple. I watched the video several times and examined the photos. Despite several attempts the divider would not stay in place. It got to be incredibly frustrating. It’s now something she won’t utilize.
A two piece divider is not a good idea. It is hard enough to get the crate together as it is with all the slots and tabs. The divider is iffy as to whether or not it will stay in place as the tabs more frequently than not stay in place. In fact our puppy was able to move the divider while in it. Whoever thought a 2 piece divider was a good idea should be fired.
As a previous reviewer said - it is extremely flimsy. Our 5 IB puppy takes it down, which defeats the purpose of the divider.
