1st experience: It was the first night we got our pup from our breeder & we were worried that it would be a tough night because the pup was use to being with his brothers and sisters. We introduced the crate that same night and our pup was drawn to it. Everyone slept great! Our pup isn't afraid to go in at all.

Few things I notice that this crate does well:

1) Noise of the crate is soft when the pup pushes on it rather than the typical crate sound where it creates your pup to be anxious

2) Spacing of the holes are good enough for pup to see and reward it with a treat

3) Got the mint color and it brings such a calming vibe - aesthetically pretty too.

Would liked to have: A divider and maybe the top to prop open.

They're quick with same day replies. We were worried our pup would not have his crate in time but they ensured peace of mind every step of the way

I purchased a crate from kindtail recently because my pup has separation anxiety when left alone and was previously in a generic metal crate that was badly damaged from her chewing on the bars. I found kindtail when searching for alternatives to the harsh metal crates and found this plastic one that provides a solid top and small holes on the side to allow more security and comfort for my dog. She has done great in it so far, besides being able to scoot the crate across the floor. I also have had security knowing that she is more protected from harming herself in this crate.

We bought two medium crates and two medium crate pads for our corgis. They have been a perfect size for them. We love that the pads are zipper-free and machine washable. We didn’t have any issues putting the crate together; it came with instructions that were easy to follow. We were missing one item in our shipment, but customer service was prompt and very polite getting back with us, and shipped our missing item shortly after. We highly recommend!

Packaging 10/10! My fur baby isn’t coming home until next month but I purchased this in anticipation of her arrival. Super cute and nice looking. I think she will love. It took me maybe 5 minutes to assemble and I didn’t even have to look at the directions as it was self explanatory. Highly highly recommend as opposed to the wire crates that I think look like a jail cell.

So happy I upgraded Reis crate and he loves it. I really hated his previous wire crate. It was heavy, aesthetically not a pleasing, and it was always a production in assembling & disassembling. The medium pawd is everything the wire crate isn’t. Lightweight, beautiful, and setup/take down when your on the go. It is worth every penny!

We wanted a kennel for our dogs that wasn’t going to scratch up the inside of our new car, but the puppy ruined the soft kennels. They’re a great in between. They have replaced the big metal kennel inside, and we move them to the car as needed. We purchased two mediums and they fit next to each other in our midsize SUV perfectly. A bit pricy, but we splurged.

The previous crate I had for my pup was too big and he spent so much time in it. The crate had taken so much room and was not pleasing aesthetically. I felt that he didn't feel the cozy in his crate. For his first birthday, I decided to upgrade his crate to the Pawd and it's perfect. My malshi is 12 lbs but his body is super long so I decided to go with the medium pawd. From the moment I set it up, he went in on his own and settled in it. I'm 100% satisfied and am sure my pup feels the same way as well!

I was looking for a collapsible kennel for my dogs that also looked nice and “cute” for the house. I had a mesh collapsible kennel but my puppy scratched and chewed through it. This kennel is sturdy and much nicer looking than the metal ones. I love how open it is too so the dogs can feel safe but also see out and get nice airflow. One of the clips came broken but customer service was very helpful and sent new clips. Since I’ve had it, taking it down and putting it together have become quicker and easier with practice. Only con is there is no handle which would be nice for transporting it around when it is folded up.

Bought for our new puppy and I love how pretty it is compared to all the other crate options in the market. It’s easy to move around our house as it’s light weight but it’s still very sturdy and keeps our puppy contained and safe when we are away. Puppy sleeps in it all night without issue. We like to leave the door open so she can snuggle in there during the day as she chooses. Very nice crate!
