Although we wish you loved your KindTail purchase, we understand if it wasn't right for you and your pet. We allow easy returns within 30 days of delivery for all KindTail orders shipped within the contiguous United States. No returns on international orders.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee. The cost to return is based on the item you are returning. Your return cost will be displayed when you process your return and will be deducted directly from your refund amount. Any original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. After 30 days we reserve the right to refuse refund or exchange.

Standard orders take 1-3 business days to be processed and ship via UPS, FedEx or USPS out of California. We are closed on weekends.
If you need to change your order after it is placed, please contact hello@kindtail.com immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your changes if the item(s) haven't already been processed. You will receive your order confirmation and tracking number after placing your order, please be patient it may take a day or two. We apologize, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Warranty
We stand behind our products 100% and we want our customers to be satisfied. We warrant our products against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase. If your item(s) arrive damaged or defective, contact customer service immediately. Please provide your order # and supporting photos to verify the condition. If KindTail deems there is a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, we will provide a replacement or the appropriate refund.
