I have had this crate for almost two months now. I love how pretty it is, but also how much my dog loves it. I leave the door open when I am home and she will frequently go in it to chill out. She also uses it to escape her annoying brother.
With a little bit of practice, it is easy to set up and take down. I have had wire crates for YEARS, and I almost always pinch my finger during setup or take down. Not so with PAWD. I have the medium size crate which does not have a hand hold. I just purchased an adjustable strap that I wrap around the crate and voila, it is now portable with a handle.
This crate also gives my girl a sense of security at performance event dog shows Other dogs can't stick their nose in her face. She sees out, but they don't see her. Well worth the investment.
My pup really hated her crate. She now loves her crate. I often find her sleeping in it. It’s cozy and calming and way less like a jail cell. I love it!
Just recently purchased the white medium pawd for my Maltese. It looks beautiful and easy to put together. We’re still in the crate training phase as my dog is used to being free around the house but he seems to take on it without too much fuss. One of the clips came damaged but with their great and prompt customer service I was able to receive new clips within 2 days. I haven’t played much around with it in terms of closing it and opening it multiple times but so far I’m very happy.
We love our KindTail PAWD! Sometimes it is so hard to find beautiful items that are also functional (I work in the design field), but the PAWD is a wonderful mix of both. Light weight, easy to clean, and the ease of folding it down for quick storage or transportation anywhere pays for itself.
