Really happy to receive my crates and pads. Very happy with the quality. My dogs seem to like them. I was however disappointed how long most of the order took to ship and then got hit with tariffs on the last part of my order because it took so long to arrive. Probably won’t be ordering again because of the tariffs. It’s just too expensive to ship over the border. Not Kindtail’s fault but still, I feel it should have been disclosed that this charge would be added since my last 2 boxes shipped after September 8th.

  • Yes! The PAWD® is a great tool for puppy training when used consistently and positively. It provides your puppy with a safe, cozy space to rest, helps establish a routine, and can support house training by encouraging healthy den instincts.

    For the best experience, introduce the crate gradually using treats, toys, and positive reinforcement, and never use it as a form of punishment.

  • The crate can be collapsed to fit inside your luggage for easy travel, but it is not airline-approved for use during flights.

  • Currently we have small (3-13lbs) and medium (10-25lbs) size crates, we are planning to make bigger sizes.
